Return and Refund Policy for Trend Square USA

Trend Square USA works hard to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions and processes for returning items and receiving refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  4. Undergarments, sale items, and customized products are not returnable unless defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return

  • Include the following: Order number, item(s) you want to return, and reason for return.
  • Get Instructions: Our team will give you step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

Shipping for Returns

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. Trend Square USA will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns while in transit.

Refund Policy

After receiving and examining your returned item(s), we will inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund. In case of approval, refunds will be processed according to the following:

  • Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
  • It will take about 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • If the return is because of our mistake (for example, a wrong or defective item), we will also refund the original shipping cost.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an article to another size, color, or product, just follow the process of return above and order your new desired item. Exchanges are based on status.

Damaged or Defective Items
